Conditions We Have Helped

If you've tried everything and still don't have answers, you're in the right place.

Many of our patients arrive at Inspire Health and Wellness after years of searching. They've seen family doctors, specialists, and other chiropractors. They've tried medications, physical therapy, and supplements. Some have gotten temporary relief. Most haven't gotten lasting answers.

If that sounds familiar, you are exactly who we are here for.

Dr. Tony Fry's brain-first, whole-body approach is specifically designed for patients whose conditions haven't responded the way they should. By identifying and addressing brain imbalances, nerve interference, and the underlying neurological and nutritional patterns that keep the body from healing, we help patients find the lasting relief they've been searching for.

Below are some of the conditions we most commonly help. If you don't see your condition listed, please reach out — chances are we've helped patients with similar concerns.

Autoimmune Conditions

Autoimmune conditions occur when the immune system mistakenly attacks the body's own tissues — leading to inflammation, pain, fatigue, and a wide range of symptoms that can be difficult to diagnose and even harder to treat. Conditions like Hashimoto's, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, Reiter's syndrome, and others often leave patients feeling like their body is working against them.

What many patients don't realize is that unresolved stress and trauma can play a significant role in triggering and sustaining autoimmune responses. Dr. Fry has personal experience with autoimmune disease and has spent decades developing an approach that addresses the neurological, structural, and nutritional components that standard treatments often overlook.

Using a combination of QNRT, brain balancing chiropractic, functional medicine, and nutritional kinesiology, Dr. Fry works to help the body regulate itself more effectively — reducing the immune system's overreaction and supporting long-term healing.

Low Back Pain

Low back pain is one of the most common reasons people seek chiropractic care — and one of the most undertreated. While many patients find temporary relief with standard treatments, low back pain that keeps coming back is often a sign that something deeper is being missed.

At Inspire Health and Wellness, Dr. Fry takes a brain-first approach to low back pain. Before treating the area that hurts, he identifies whether brain imbalances or nerve interference are preventing the body from holding its adjustments. This is often the missing piece for patients who feel better for a few days after treatment but never seem to stay better.

For patients with disc-related low back pain, Dr. Fry also offers non-surgical spinal decompression using the Triton DTS — a highly effective option for herniated and bulging discs without surgery or downtime.

Neck Pain

Neck pain, stiffness, and tension are among the most common complaints Dr. Fry sees in practice. Whether your neck pain is related to posture, injury, disc problems, or stress, chiropractic care can be highly effective — especially when the neurological component is addressed alongside the structural one.

Dr. Fry offers both traditional and gentle no-crack chiropractic adjustments for neck pain, making it possible for virtually any patient to receive effective care regardless of their comfort level with traditional chiropractic. For patients with disc-related neck pain or nerve compression causing arm pain or numbness, cervical spinal decompression is also available.

Chronic neck pain that keeps returning is often a signal that the brain-body communication breakdown hasn't been fully addressed. Dr. Fry's brain balancing approach helps the body hold its corrections and experience lasting relief.

Anxiety & Depression

Anxiety and depression are increasingly common — and increasingly difficult to treat with medication alone. Many patients struggle for years, cycling through different prescriptions or therapy approaches without finding lasting relief. What's often missing is an understanding of how the nervous system and brain are contributing to these symptoms.

Dr. Fry approaches anxiety and depression from a neurological standpoint. Unresolved stress and trauma stored in the nervous system can create persistent patterns that keep the brain locked in states of anxiety, depression, or emotional dysregulation — no matter how hard a patient works to manage their symptoms. QNRT is particularly powerful for these patients, helping the nervous system release those patterns and restore balance.

Brain balancing chiropractic also plays a key role, addressing the neurological imbalances that affect mood, stress response, and overall emotional regulation. Many patients are surprised to find that addressing their nervous system has a profound effect on how they feel mentally and emotionally.

Herniated Disc & Sciatica

A herniated or bulging disc occurs when the soft inner material of a spinal disc pushes out through the outer layer, pressing on nearby nerves. This can cause localized back or neck pain, as well as radiating pain, numbness, tingling, or weakness that travels down the arm or leg — a condition commonly known as sciatica when it affects the lower body.

Many patients with herniated discs are told that surgery is their only option. At Inspire Health and Wellness, Dr. Fry offers non-surgical spinal decompression using the Triton DTS system — a FDA-cleared, gentle traction therapy that creates negative pressure within the disc, drawing it back toward its natural position and relieving nerve pressure without surgery, anesthesia, or downtime.

Combined with chiropractic care and brain balancing, spinal decompression gives the body the best possible environment to heal the disc naturally and hold that healing long term.

Fibromyalgia

Fibromyalgia is one of the most frustrating conditions to live with — and one of the most misunderstood. Widespread pain, extreme fatigue, brain fog, sleep disturbances, and sensitivity to touch are just some of the symptoms patients deal with daily. Many are told there's nothing more that can be done, or that they simply have to learn to manage it.

Dr. Fry disagrees — and has helped many fibromyalgia patients achieve relief that they never thought was possible.

In his experience, fibromyalgia patients almost always have a significant neurological component to their condition — often rooted in unresolved stress or trauma that the nervous system has never fully processed. QNRT, brain balancing chiropractic, and nutritional kinesiology work together to address these underlying patterns, helping the nervous system regulate itself and allowing the body to begin healing in ways that standard treatments never could.

If you've been told fibromyalgia is something you just have to live with, we'd like to offer you a different perspective.

Chronic Pain

Chronic pain — pain that persists for months or years despite treatment — is one of the most complex and debilitating conditions a person can face. It affects every area of life and can leave patients feeling hopeless, especially when treatment after treatment provides only temporary relief.

What Dr. Fry has observed over 25 years of practice is that chronic pain patients who don't get better often share a common thread: a significant trauma, stress, or emotional event that occurred around the time their pain began. This unresolved stress creates lasting changes in the nervous system that prevent the body from healing — no matter how many adjustments, injections, or medications a patient receives.

By addressing the neurological root of chronic pain through QNRT, brain balancing, and chiropractic care — and supporting the body's healing capacity through functional medicine and nutritional kinesiology — Dr. Fry gives chronic pain patients a genuine path forward when nothing else has worked.

Fatigue & Low Energy

Persistent fatigue and low energy that doesn't improve with rest is one of the most common — and most dismissed — complaints patients bring to Dr. Fry. Many have been told their labs are normal and there's nothing wrong. But something is clearly wrong when a person can't get through their day without exhaustion.

Fatigue is often a signal that the body's systems are under stress and not communicating effectively. Brain imbalances, nerve interference, nutritional deficiencies, and unresolved emotional stress can all contribute to chronic fatigue — and all of these are areas Dr. Fry directly addresses.

Through a comprehensive evaluation using nutritional kinesiology, functional medicine, and neurological assessment, Dr. Fry works to identify the specific factors draining your energy and create a targeted plan to restore it.

Feeling "Off" Without a Clear Diagnosis

Some patients come to Inspire Health and Wellness not with a specific diagnosis, but with a persistent sense that something isn't right. They don't feel like themselves. Their energy is low, their mood is flat, their body doesn't respond the way it used to — but every test comes back normal and every doctor tells them they're fine.

You are not imagining it. And you are not alone.

Dr. Fry has worked with many patients who fall into this category — patients who don't fit neatly into a diagnosis but are clearly not well. His whole-body, brain-first evaluation often reveals patterns of neurological imbalance, nutritional deficiency, or unresolved stress that standard testing simply doesn't pick up.

If you've been told everything looks normal but you know something isn't right, this may be exactly the right place for you.
